Farina Banu, Human Resource and Organizational Development (OD) Consultant with over 20 years of experience on leading human resources, organization people and culture functions in various sectors including Education, Banking, Aviation and Hospitality Business industries and International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO).

Farina served Winrock International as Consultant, VSO as Head of People and Operation, Marie Stopes International as Director HR, Qatar Airways as Head of HR, Room to Read, Action Contre La Faim (Action Against Hunger), Crowne Plaza (international Hotel Group, IHG Chain Management), Nepal Bank Limited (under ICC Bank of Scotland, Reformation Project) and many other projects.

Most recently, she has led policy formulation, facilitated training, assessment and action plan for 16 grantees projects on ensuring safeguarding and sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment under due diligence donor compliance.

Farina earned Master’s (M.B.S) in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Tribhuvan University Nepal.
