“People” and “culture” are the aspects what make an organization good or bad. To bring the impact and to achieve the success in entirety an organization needs to trust its people and focus on its strategic goals.

I’ve been helping and coaching organizations with progressive people related interventions to enhance their people practices, improvising their systems and processes to inculcate the culture of trust and inclusiveness increasing the engagement, improved team functioning, improved employee relations and faster leadership development at an
organizational level. I’ve been trying to create an impact by helping organizations creating a culture that is inclusive, celebrates and recognizes the diversity of the workforce to help their reputation as a socially responsible enterprise.

I’ve worked with many organizations to enhance the visibility of good HR initiatives and implemented strong HR processes. I’ve developed good HR policies, and strengthened the existing systems and procedures by effective monitoring and evaluation procedures. I’ve my specialities in HR Transformation, handled de-merger and massive transition process, HR Vision and strategy, revamping/designing Performance Management System, 360 degree feedback implementation, conflict resolution, employee engagement, Organisational structuring and process design and implementation and this has been demonstrated by commended performance and proven results.

To tell you about my education, I’ve earned an MBA degree in HR and a graduate in psychology. I’ve 17 years of rich & vast National and International experience working in multi sector and multi cultural environment at the managerial and advisory capacity at an extensive level including about 10 years of disciplinary leadership experience and have managed, coached and developed many professionals across the varied sectors. I have proven experience collaborating with Senior Management to conduct Human Resources strategic planning in order to support existing and further organisational goals.

I have excellent ability to address and implement organizational design / developmental plans with respect to and not limited to Human Resources Management/ Development which is well supported by my strong knowledge of HR processes, practices and statutory compliances in a National and International HR scenario in a multi-cultural environment.
